Vox was designed on a simple premise: a server's assistant should feel less like a command list and more like a presence — one that understands intent, responds with calm precision, and gets out of the way the rest of the time.
Under the hood, Vox is written in Python on top of discord.py, structured around a modern, modular architecture built for reliability at scale. Every subsystem — moderation, utility, AI reasoning — runs independently, so the whole stays fast even as any one part grows.
Vox is designed and built by knife4love, with a focus on craft over feature-count: fewer commands, done properly, wrapped in an experience that feels premium rather than improvised.

Yes. The core Vox experience — AI assistant, moderation, utilities, and security — is free for every server. Optional premium tiers may extend certain limits in the future, but nothing essential is held back.
Vox stores only what's required to operate — server settings, moderation logs, and command metadata. Message content isn't retained beyond what's needed to process a request. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
