Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Vox to a Discord server, or by interacting with any of its commands or features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not invite or use Vox.

Use of Vox

Vox is currently a development build, provided to a limited set of servers for testing purposes. Features, commands, and behavior may change, break, or be removed without notice as development continues. Vox is not yet intended for production or mission-critical use.

Acceptable Use

Vox is provided for lawful, good-faith use within Discord servers. By inviting or interacting with Vox, you agree not to use it to harass others, circumvent Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, distribute malicious content, or attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

Server administrators are responsible for configuring Vox's moderation and permission settings in a way that's appropriate for their community.

Availability

As a development build, Vox is offered on an "as available" basis with no guarantee of continuous uptime. Testing, maintenance, upstream Discord outages, or unforeseen technical issues may cause frequent interruptions or downtime. No specific uptime is guaranteed under these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Vox is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator of Vox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the service — including moderation actions taken automatically on a server's behalf.

Server owners remain ultimately responsible for the content and conduct within their own communities.

Updates

These Terms may be revised as Vox evolves, especially during this development phase. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Vox after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
